Please note that the total cost of this class is £1100. The balance of £800 will be required 4 weeks before the class commences. An invoice will be emailed to you around this time.
In this class you will learn how to split, fill, ganache and ice a real cake. I will show you how to create sharp edges on your fondant and you will also ice 2 dummies.
You will then learn how to make beautiful flowers including an O'hara rose, garden rose, old english rose and ranunculus. You will also learn how to make rosebuds, blackberries and foilage.
Once we have finished the flowers we will move onto the various design aspects including texture, print, lettering and watercolour.
We will finish the week with splitting, ganaching and icing 3 mini cakes which we will ice with sharp edges and learn how to create marble fondant and lustre. You will make 3 smaller flowers including an anenome, rose and peony to decorate the little cakes.
Choose your own colour scheme and take home everything you have created.
