The recipe to success! How Cotton & Crumbs began…

Welcome to Cotton & Crumbs. Established in 2010 by cake designer Tracy James, we have become a widely recognised, award winning cake company specialising in creating beautiful, elegant and stylish bespoke wedding cakes, cupcakes and cookies to clients throughout the Midlands.

​

Having baked cakes and cookies for friends and family from a young age, Tracy soon found that baking and designing cakes was her passion in life. In 2012 Tracy’s husband joined the business and has become head baker allowing Cotton and Crumbs to provide a personal service from the kitchen of their family home. Cotton & Crumbs have had cakes published in OK Magazine and recently created the wedding cake for the Marquess & Marchioness of Blandford at Blenheim Palace.

Aswell as creating beautiful bespoke wedding cakes Tracy also teaches sugarcraft from her small studio in Sutton Coldfield and has been fortunate to teach as an international tutor all over the world including America, Australia, Barcelona and Switzerland.

Our goal is to work collaboratively with our clients in designing what is to be the centre point of the biggest day of their lives. Using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to ensure your cake tastes as delicious as it looks.
